At PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and food products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a resolution regarding any quality issues or damaged items.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our guest services team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to initiate your return or replacement request.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged or incorrect shipments, please include clear photos of the product and packaging to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions for non-perishable merchandise.
- 4.Refund Processing
After your claim is approved, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days to ensure you get back to enjoying your coffee.
