How can I ensure my coffee stays fresh after delivery?

To maintain the peak flavor of our small-batch roasted beans, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture can compromise the quality and aroma.

What is the standard shipping timeframe for online orders?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Does PJ's Coffee offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship our coffee products and merchandise within the United States and to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return policy for coffee products?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order or if the product arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Can I use my PJ's Coffee gift card for online purchases?

Physical gift cards purchased at our cafe locations are currently for in-store use only. Online digital gift cards can be redeemed exclusively through our web store.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Yes, we take pride in our 'Direct Trade' relationships. We work closely with farmers at Finca Dos Marias in Guatemala and other regions to ensure sustainable practices and fair wages for all growers.
